职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、全面负责集团电子商务项目，根据公司发展战略及公司业务、产品的特点制订公司电子
商务的具体策略，以及B2B、B2C网络商城的营销运营模式；负责对公司整个电子商务平台的规划、搭建与营运；
2、根据公司网站的运营特色，设计各项运营指标，如流量指标、会员注册率指标、专题页面点击率指标、重复点击率指标、商品上架受欢迎度指标等等，并制定达成方案逐步跟进；
3、负责对电子商务网站的建设、运营、管理及维护，根据市场和顾客要求对网站进行维护、更新及优化，通过网络进行渠道开发和业务拓展；
4、及时把握客户需求，通过整理、分析网站运营的各项数据，及时分析网站推广、运营情况，调整各类产品设置与网站各级栏目的建设，及时更新与完善网站相关内容，针对性开展营销活动；
5、负责网站营销过程中与其他媒介的沟通，制定各种商务合作方案并监控实施，同时制定
商务活动的推广计划、推广目标、实施评估与监控，确定宣传内容并采取多种方式和渠道宣传推广网站；
6、负责在线活动的策划、组织及执行；为相关运营有效维护及发展客户群体提供必要的工具及数据支持；分析竞争网站网店推广策略，展开调研并制定针对性的推广策略，提高网站网店目标人群覆盖率，扩大网站网店影响力； 举报 分享
