职位描述：
Responsibilities:

-Identify suppliers, validate and qualify to meet Corporate requirements. Evaluate & recommend suitable suppliers with competitive cost, quality and delivery terms. Travel to suppliers for seasonal sourcing, program management, preproduction review, and quality assurance execution and monitoring.
-Execute the issuance, negotiation, review and recommendation of assigned suppliers for manufacturing contracts, inclusive of cost, timing, specification/objective adherence, quality process and quantity.
-Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers for opportunities and issues in fulfilling RFQ and contracted manufacturing commitments.
-Monitors order tracking activities to meet quantity, quality, product specifications and delivery requirements.
-Supports in managing product integrity and compliance with product standards. Works closely with suppliers/factories and QA Teams during production process to resolve issues.
-Work closely and collaboratively with THT across-team functions (quality, logistic, finance, etc.) to identify and resolve issues/exceptions.
-Execute and manage pre-production/WIP planning with contracted factories/suppliers.
-Be an expert user of PLM and provide necessary guidance/training to team members when required.
-Other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by the Company/Supervisor.

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Merchandising, Business Management, or equivalent.
-At least 5 years’ of working experience in reputable global retail chain stores, sourcing/trading company, or buying offices. Knowledge of US retail market preferred.
-solid knowledge for hard candy, Lolipop, Jelly, Marshmallow, gum, canned food, cookies, underwood Food certification for USA market like HACCP, GMP, FDA registration. Know vendor base in mainland of China is better.
-Need product knowledge for Healthy, Beauty and Acids product like bath, set, perfume, hair accessories.
-Good command of Computer Knowledge (eg Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Multi-tasking. Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal skills. Positive working attitude, proactive & energetic.
