?Review and verify invoices and check requests ?Enter and upload invoices into system ?Sort, code and match invoices and release payment in SAP ?Reconcile accounts payable transactions ?Prepare analysis of accounts/late payment ?Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date ?Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues ?Invoice tracking ?Solve outstanding AP issues ?Record and file invoices, attach all necessary documents ?Produce monthly reports ?Assist with month end closing and provide supporting documentation for audits
