Target of the function:

 Suppliers

 Potential suppliers

 Employees head office

 Employees Shenzhen office

 Employees third parties

Tasks / responsibilities:

 Daily contact with suppliers about the state of affairs of the orders

 Daily feedback to the head office about the state of affairs of the orders.

 Communication about newly bought samples with suppliers and head office.

 Replace colleagues when they are absent

 Accompanying Dutch people when they visit suppliers or fairs

 Responsible for coordination of keeping the Quality Server up to date.

 Arranging fair registrations and taking care of exhibitors badges as well as visitors badges.

 Keeping updated the product information of products from the suppliers she is responsible for.

Necessary main education:

 University

Necessary experience:

More than 2 years working experience in a similar job.

Necessary skills:

 To be able to work independently and be able to divide tasks by herself

 Is tactful in contacts.

 Can be persuasive.

 Good expression in speaking and writing in the English language.

 Handle confidential information with integrity.

 Accuracy

 Keep a helicopter view.

We are a Dutch import company and furniture wholesaler, answering to the name of Maxfurn. We sell products of our own designs and we are established in The Netherlands, where every week about 100 containers set off to no fewer than 800 different retailers.We aim to achieve long-lasting and relaxed cooperation and provide our suppliers with the latest design innovations. We are also constantly searching for the right balance between standard possibilities and the consumer’s desires. Our design department is run by four full-time designers, who are constantly engaged in thinking up a large number of novelties. Trendwatching being our major objective, it is necessary for us to have intensive relations with our suppliers.
