Responsibilities职位要求:
1. Follow up on logistics and documentation based on SOP of various customers
2. Coordinate with customers, vendors, forwarders, banks and other trade parties and provide status updates on various internal and external systems
3. Prepare and ensure correctness of full set shipping documentation under L/C, D/A and D/P terms
4. Issue shipping instructions and coordinate payments to vendors based on ERP system
5. Assist with order processing and other ad hoc assignments
Languages 语言要求:
1. Very strong verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
Experience & Skills 经验及技能要求
1. 5 years experience in independent coordination of international trade, including 3 years in L/C handling
2. Excellent IT skills (ERP systems, Excel, email systems) a must
3. Experience in toys or other FMCG industries advantageous
Characteristics 性格
1. High sense of responsibility and ability to work with tight deadlines
2. Strong orientation towards zero-defect, high efficiency and on-time delivery
3. Ability to multi-task
4. Open-minded, easy-going
