职位描述：
1、NEV VCS control design engineer, work on NEV VCS control design新能源整车控制系统，控制策略设计工程师，负责新能源汽车整车控制系统控制策略设计；
2、Lead for VCU control design: Vehicle control System architecture design; Control design (Matlab) for mode management/energy control/dynamic management/torque management/thermal management;
MIL test；负责VCU控制策略设计：整车控制系统架构设计;控制策略设计(Matlab)包含: 模式管理，能量控制，动态管理，扭力管理，热管理；模型在环测试;
3、Attend PHEV manufacture admittance, take core activities on technic answer and on site audit;参与 插电式混合动力汽车生产准入，重点参与核心技术答辩与现场审核；
4、Attend BEV product admittance audit.参与纯电动汽车的产品准入审核；
5、Follow and act for NEV referenced requirements 跟进 新能源相关的要求；
6、Attend NEV core technic referenced training in Europe and China; 参加在欧洲和中国进行的新能源核心技术的相关培训。

任职资格Qualification
1、Bachelor degree minimum 本科及以上学历
2、Skilled on English read and speaking 英语良好
3、Well Skilled on Matlab/Simulink/State Flow and Target Link;CANalyzer and INCA skills preferred 非常熟练使用Matlab/Simulink/State Flow and Target Link; 举报 分享
