Responsible customer analytics solutions: reporting automation, campaign automation, web analytics and data requests from DWH.
Major Responsibilities
- Being the CRM Key User for analytics solutions (incl. DWH, reporting tools, Web Analytics tools and campaign automation tools), the candidate takes over the business role within the ITPM process to set up and further develop CRM analytics solutions for CRM. This includes the definition of requirements (business analyst), set up of processes and data flows for all involved systems, the design of the solution, implementation, testing, training and post go live support.
- Responsible for the campaign automation and personalization processes, rollout and further development of the solution (incl. Integration of new campaigns, channels, CR management process). Works closely together with AG and process partners from China to set up a data mart, integrate internal and external sources, response tracking and machine learning for further enhance the campaign automation solution.
- Conducts data requests. This includes consulting to define requirements and business logic to best meet the purpose of the requester, evaluation of legal and data privacy pre-requisites, execution, data quality check, interpretation and deduction of actions from results.
- Automates regular reports, including analysis of business requirements, report template alignment and set up / testing / further development of technical solution.
- Steers the analytics vendors in alignment with Analytics Manager. Defines clear tasks, processes, milestones and timeline to achieve the target picture.
- Responsible for web analytics including the tracking concept, tracking implementation, reporting, monitoring of results and deduction of concrete actions. Sets up an end-to-end tracking solution of the user journey across all digital channels through to sales.
- Supports Analytics Manager with achieving the analytics targets.
- Supports with the customer data management, including but not limited to the documentation, optimization and operation of Opt-in and leads handling processes.
Qualifications
- University degree / graduated in computer science or information systems.
- Excellent programming skills (Oracle SQL, C#, VSTO).
- Proficiency in marketing automation, Adobe Marketing Cloud and integrating these solutions into other systems.
- Proficiency in BI tools, strong analytical skills, experience in reporting and data analysis
- Web Analytics knowledge (tracking, reporting, explorative analyses)
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment and desire to improve processes
- Teamwork and communication skills, proactive approach, highly motivated self-starter and ability to motivate others
- Visualization skills, proficient in PPT design, report design, attention to details
- Interest and good overview of digital trends and eBusiness
- Proficient English
