Job Title

Procurement Sourcing Specialist – Ariba Source2Contract Expert APAC

Job Description

Your challenge & responsibilities:

• Drives building eSourcing and eContracting competencies in APAC regions


• Ensures correct creation of online events (RFI, RFP, eAuctions) in Ariba Sourcing


• Ensures correct contract management process in Ariba Contracting


• Act as the overall contact person in APAC for Ariba related topics


• Ensure good performance of system supported Procurement processes, incl. outsourced orderdesk operations


• Give direction and drive compliancy via active communication of existing process


• Maintain training material (including translation from English to Chinese)


• Provide trainings to procurement community (users of the system) on the tool


• Performs updates in system configuration


• Participates in small scale projects on system data cleansing


• Identifies problems, provides solutions and maintains improvements


• Defines local regional requirements for process and system improvements


• Ensuring that all incoming enquiries are answered in a professional, fast and efficient manner (e.g. via e-mail, telephone, or chat)


• Providing appropriate reporting on a timely manner as well as ad-hoc reporting


• Providing support to different procurement projects

Your experience:

• Graduate with Bachelor or Master degree (law faculty will be an advantage)


• Fluent English (both orally and in writing) is a must


• Fluent Chinese (both orally and in writing) is a must


• Experience with implementing and supporting Ariba Sourcing and Contracting


• Customer orientation with ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner


• Ability to inspire commitment, arrange, communicate and influence virtually


• Developed analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail


• Computer literacy essential and experience in MS office applications (Excel is a must)


• Fast learner eager to gain experience within international company


• Team player and stress resistant.
