职位描述：
General Overview:
Reporting to the Quality Excellence & Compliance Manager (APAC), Quality Program Specialist interfaces with Global Quality Excellence team in order to drive key work stream improvement. Proactively get key requirements from each segment, and set up key processes, like traceability processes and shelf life time definition etc. Responsible for quality dash board data collection and analysis, monthly report consolidation.

Tasks & Responsibilities
? Work with US team to drive key work stream improvements like Develop Rapid Response Network-Carelines Linkage
? Work with APAC Quality team to set up key processes, like traceability processes and shelf lifetime definition
? Program Management of key improvement projects like product audit plan improvements
? Collect APAC quality metrics and Analyze the data, and prepare monthly quality report
? Develop Supplier Management APP(Dashboard, NPD, CAPA audit)

Education:
? Bachelor degree, Major in Engineering

Experience
? Lead Quality program or Lean Six Sigma projects in manufacturing operations including direct experience in quality process design and improvements
? Thorough understanding and practical experience in deploying quality system

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
? Lean Six Sigma on site projects experience
? PPAP/FMEA/Control plan/MSA/Error-proofing/SPC
? Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
? 6Sigma GB/BB, PMP

OTHER REQUIREMENTS (i.e. Travel, etc.)
? Travel in Asia – up to 40%
