职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Benchmark new materials, compare different materials in terms of their costs and performances.
2. Maintain and update material database, ensure data accuracy (calibrate the data from different resources (suppliers' datasheet and in-house measurement)).
3. Collect more data on material reliability, weather ability data from suppliers and share with project team.
4. Select materials for product and platform development projects to achieve best performance/cost ratio.
5. Provide a complete set of material data to evaluate the performances at system level.
6. Conduct in-house measurements and reliability tests on materials when necessary.
7. Discuss with suppliers to solve material related technical issues.
8. Conduct failure analysis on material-induced product failures.
9. Promote new use of existing materials, or import new materials for lighting applications.
10. Summarize and complete material recommendation reports.

Job Requirement:
1. English (fluent oral and written).
2. Background in LED lighting (Prefer).
3. Project management skills.
4. Master's degree or above. 举报 分享
