职位描述：
Detail Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for pre-sales technical support job
To complete the technical support of domestic projects independently:
Provide technical guidance to engineer from Agents. Provide and implement the solution to customer, collect the project information and report, and communicate with the Japanese technical team timely and smoothly.

2.Responsible for product promotion
Proficiency in company software solutions and hardware product information. Regular training for agents. Assist the marketing department to complete the new product release, product performance introduction work.
Technical support for product exhibition, join and support the technical seminar.

3.New ISV/SIer development and support
Gather and structure customer (ISV & SI) related information in order to bring intelligence into action plan.
Develop together with the TS team and support the implementation of a general strategy and policy in order to develop scanner sale channel through technical cooperation program.
Through data analysis, access to effective partners. For key customers, visit to improve communication.
Continuous monitoring and analysis of the Risk for business cooperation with ISV and SI.

4.Establish the agent skill certification system and support it
Regularly on the channel engineers to conduct technical assessment.
Provide remote technical support to local projects which implemented by channel engineer.
Gradually establish the engineer skills assessment system, and constantly improve it.

Required Abilities:

1.Good communication and presentation skill.
2.Clear and standard mandarin speaking, excellent English reading and writing skill are must.
3.Familiar with the MS Excel, Work, Power point and image capture application.
4.At least 5 years in presales or sales engineer in IT industry, and experience in OA equipment (Scanner) technical support background.
5.Knowledge of Twain/ISIS protocol or similar.
6.Proficiency in Japanese is preferred.
7.Project management experience is preferred. 举报 分享
