职位描述：
一、岗位职责
1.制定产品工艺流程；
2.产品生产作业指导书编制；
3.生产设备工艺参数科学设定与日常有效性验证；
4.对制定的工艺进行实施过程辅导、可操作性验证，及时对工艺作出优化或完善；
5.生产过程工艺隐患的排查与整改；
6.新产品试产组织与提交产品试产工艺问题及改善建议的总结报告；
7.工装/夹具的设计与管理；
8.生产工时的测定；
9.负责生产材料消耗定额的制定；
10.协助处理领导分配的其它事项。
二、任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，电脑操作熟练，男女不限；
2.专业不限，移动电源产品2年以上PIE工程师工作经验；
3.熟练电子产品的相关国家和国际标准、行业标准；
4.熟练使用常规检测仪器，制作工装、夹具；
5.具备独立分析和解决生产产品品质异常的能力；
6.性格开朗，沟通协调能力强。 举报 分享
