• monitor the performance of customer service and provide guidance on their work. Assist the Contract Logistics Manager with Ad Hoc tasks.

Your tasks and experience

• Set-up standard operating procedures (SOP) and contract for customers.
• Measure and monitor the service quality of our operation, meet/exceed agreed KPIs.
• Monitor the performance of Customer Service and provide guidance on their work.
• Ensure all activities of the logistics group comply with ISO (international Standard Organization) regulations, standard, working and management procedures.
• Maintain as customer second contact and respond to customer requests.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans to maximize revenue and productivity.
• Prepare and present logistics proposals if requested by Contract Logistics Manager.
• Provide overall project management for Contract Logistics implementation projects.
• Quality Management; pro-actively provide input for improving the operation.
• Perform regular meetings with client and subcontractors to ensure service level is up to agreed level.
• Assist the Contract Logistics Manager with Ad Hoc tasks.

Your skills and experience

• College graduation,majored in Supply Chain Management or related.
• At least 2 year working experience in the similar position with 2 years above people management experience.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Logical mindset and sound analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service mind-set.
• Self-motivated, organized and quality driven.
• Responsible and independent person.
