职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Oversee projects assigned and lead the project team to meet targets predefined during KO.
2. Follow process to run the programs and deliver as planned.
3. Chair Kickoff Meetings, organize Project Team, and generate project plan, development schedule and master build plan
4. Preside over Customer conference calls during product development as well as during Engineering and Manufacturing product reviews
5. Manage new product development deliverables and track against plan
6. Monitor and manage BOM loading, materials availability, trial run builds, and samples delivery
7. Monitor and manage materials, tooling and factory capacity to align with customer demand
8. Conduct Phase Exit Review Meetings and track sign-off completion of exit checklists
9. Analyze Processes for Continuous Improvement
10. Support actively the Executive Gate process
Requirement:
1) Graduate of any Engineering course or equivalent experience in electronic design and/or manufacturing, or business major. MBA is a plus. PM related working experience of 8 years is required.
2) Strong command of English as working language.
3) Solid understanding of electronic/power products NPI work process.
4) Technical knowledge with strong understanding of design engineering tools and process
5) PMP certification is a plus
6) Sharp analytical skills
7) Assertive and solid leadership quality
