职位描述：
主要工作职责Key Areas of Responsibility：
？ Managing the operation of production department. Maintain strict compliance with all company policies.
？ Analyzes the manufacturing requirements and distributes work assignments according to order priorities and employee availability.
？ Conducts daily pre-shift meetings to discuss goals, objectives, metrics, and any outstanding issues.
？ Oversees the manufacturing and production process to ensure on time deliveries. Tracks performance on a daily basis.
？ Adjust the workshops resourcing weekly after the Master Production Schedule Meeting, based on customers’ demands evolution, review production order or production schedule. Plan for labor headcounts requirement based on order, production schedule or sales forecast to meet the production schedule.
？ Manage and improve the overall production lines to achieve KPI goals on efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery.
？ Develops KPI’s to be tracked and monitored throughout the manufacturing process and updates dashboards daily.
？ Sustain a transparent and reliable data reporting system on labor efficiency, quality, on-time delivery, downtime, etc.
？ Coach the front line management team(line manager or supervisor) and promote their capability.
？ Institutes and monitors cross training of personnel to expand production line capabilities.
？ Take part daily to all management routines alternatively, to ensure they are run efficiently with a quick response control attitude.
？ Create and ensure budgets, consumption and material cost for team are met.
？ To ensure compliance with BMZ Ltd. Quality System.
？ To ensure consistent quality of products produced.
？ To effectively handle change control, and handle NCR regarding checking root cause analysis, action initiating, approving scrap from production area.
？ To ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety standards and regulations.
？ Regularly check Yellow Cabinet, Mix room, and chemical warehouse in production area.
？ Ensure Good Corporation with other functions within BMZ Ltd.
？ Perform other duties assigned by the management or superior effectively and efficiently

资格要求Qualification Requirements of the Incumbent:
1) 学历Academic:
大专以上学历，有生产计划或工程课程学历.
Associate or above degree; degree in manufacturing planning or engineering course
2) 工作经历Job Experience:
至少八年生产管理经验
At least 8years experience in manufacturing management
3) 技术知识Technical knowledge:
对工程和制造有充分、实践性认识。对企业EHS 有较深的认识和管理，熟悉ISO及环境体系管理。熟悉企业日常安全生产管理。
Thorough and practical knowledge of engineering and manufacturing.
Well-known in EHS knowledge and Skillful in EHS management, familiar with ISO and Environmental management system. Familiar with company safe production daily management.
4) 电脑技能Computer skills:
熟练操作Microsoft office，包括Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
Skilled usage of Microsoft office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
5) 语言Language:
必需：普通话，英语（听说读写优秀，可以和外国人独立沟通）
Mandatory: Mandarin, English
