职位描述：
The purposes of this position are:
-. Responsible for End-to-End project management to develop a product, technology, system solutions or services: from the initial start till product full launch.
-. Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives on budget, schedule, cost , quality and requirements,etc.
-. Manage projects execution to be in line with project guidelines and directives. Determines project risks, defines corrective action and drives the projects to closure.
Reporting Line：
Direct Report to PMO Head.
Key Areas of Responsibility：
·Manage the project execution from PI (Project Initial) to PE (Project End) with the disciplines of NPDL (New Product Development and Launch process) and timely work with related owners for problem solution, to fulfill the project assignments and reach the project target on commitments (time/cost/quality/Commercial Release On Time) and deliver successful products to customers accordingly.
· Well manage and overcome the risks of the project (i.e. specs, costs, quality, planning, etc)
· Represent the project team with regular project performance status updates, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions
· Manage internal and external stakeholders
· Well manage development cost and budget
· Ensure effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge.
Job Requirements & Skills
Bachelor degree in engineering preferred
Project management experience in a multinational technical development environment
Excellent team player, organized and systematic
Good communication skills

Understands Technology/Software & Connectivity domains
