职位描述：
1、 发布招聘信息、筛选应聘人员资料； 　　
2、 组织、安排应聘人员的面试； 　　
3、 协助实施新人培训活动；
4、 跟踪新人的培训情况；
5、领导交办的其他事项；

任职要求：

1、25岁以上、大专以上学历；年龄条件不符合者勿投；
2、有较好的沟通表达能力及服务意识，具有1年及以上助理的工作经验者优先考虑 ；
3、工作有条理，细致、认真、有责任心，办事严谨 ；
4、熟练电脑操作及Office办公软件，具备基本的网络知识；
5、熟悉办公室行政管理知识及工作流程，熟悉公文写作格式，具备基本商务信函写作能力
