职位描述：
1.负责制定和优化培训计划，并高效率实施和执行。
2.负责公司培训课程开发和优化。
3.协助培训体系建立、维护，对相关人员等进行相关课程培训。
4.调查培训需求，编写、调整、执行培训计划。
5.撰写培训报告，反馈、评估培训效果。
6.负责公司员工培训及合作商运营培训的课程讲授。
7.负责项目培训及市场活动的组织开展，完成营销培训。
