Position Scope/Objectives:职责范围

Check product quality to evaluate if the products are achieving quality criteria defined by company and customer, and communicate any product failures to relevant parties in time. Proactively review incurring issues with suppliers to minimize and avoid recurring quality issues.

检查产品质量，以评估产品是否达到公司和客户的质量要求，并及时与相关人员就产品故障进行沟通。主动跟进供应商发生的问题，以减少和避免重复出现的质量问题。

Responsibilities:工作职责

1.Understand related customer requirements along with the standard of the product which are exported into the country and/or region.

了解客户需求以及产品出口国家或地区的相关标准。

2.Perform inspection & testing on parts, components and final products to verify if they meet the safety, functional and aesthetic requirement defined by company.

对零部件和最终产品进行检验和测试，核实产品是否满足安全、功能和外观等公司设定的要求。

3.Issue accurate inspection report to related parties in time, help identify systemic quality problems among the abnormal findings.

及时给相关方提交准确的检验报告，从发现的异常中帮助识别系统性质量问题。

4.Work with internal team and factory to smooth product design and sample preparation process.

与公司内部团队和工厂合作，改善产品设计和样品加工流程。

5.Monitor production process and communicate any production problems to team, to minimize shipment delay and quality issue.

监控生产过程，及时与团队沟通发现的问题，以减少出货延迟和质量问题。

6.Work with co-workers to investigate the cause & impact of product quality in case of negative issues (inspection or test failure, and/or customer complaint) and assist to work out contingent and improving plan.

与同事协作，就产品的检验或测试失败、客户投诉等事件调查原因和影响，协助制定应急和改善计划

7.Other tasks are assigned by superior.

上级交办的其他事务。

Qualifications: 任职资格

1.Technical school or above.

高中及以上学历

2.Mechanical Engineering, Trading or other related discipline.

机械工程、贸易等相关专业

3.More than 3 years working experience in quality control or production management in toys or furniture, with basic knowledge in process control.

3年以上玩具或家具质量检测或生产管理工作经验，具有基础的流程控制知识

2.Strong spirit of teamwork. 有团队协作精神

3.Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.内外沟通能力强

Communication Level and Computer Literacy: 语言及电脑操作能力

1. Competent English, especially in reading material and writing reports.

英语良好，能阅读英语资料及写英文报告

2.With basic computer operating skill in Word, Excel and Outlook
