职位描述：
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Be responsible for all the Asia customer complaints, analyzing, dealing with internal staff and provide the correction action report.
Follow up customer complaint, and monitor corrective action effectively, update customer complaint list, analyze and update customer complaint Prato sheet and customer return rate (RMA) sheet
Work with headquarters on the new projects development status. Conduct reviews and tests on the new samples, identifying and assuring necessary corrective actions are taken. Report the final inspection and test results to management.
Analyzing on customer crimp contact and perform crimp testing
Provide technical support to customer on certain technical and quality issue
Develop new product Inspection sheet
Train and instruct QC to run product inspection and testing
Assisting on maintenance Quality/Environment management system
Auditing supplier and supplier performance evaluation
Prepare quality inspection work instruction;
Perform Continuous improvement programs and/or activity.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
College degree with 3 years quality work experience.
Experience with injection molding, plating highly preferred.
Knowledge of ISO9000 and ISO14000, have internal auditor certificate is preferred
Have experience to handle customer complaint;
Good at use quality tools to analyze and solve problem;
Good interpersonal skill with all different level of person;
Good English communication ability;
Have experience on supplier performance management;
Experience with advanced product production approval; 举报 分享
