Field Application Engineer, Shenzhen
We are looking for a candidate who is responsible for a field application engineer (FAE). Job scope includes device promotion, project design/track, Schematic layout/review, performance evaluation and debug.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Requires a talented and flexible individual with extensive mixed signal/digital circuit application skills.
? Works closely with distributors and Sales teams to promote and design-in mixed signal/digital products to customers.
? Able to travel occasionally as needed.
? Provide technical support to handle CCR/FAR.
? Provide technical training to customer R&D, purchaser, sourcing.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? BS degree or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of mixed signal and digital projects design experience with a semiconductor company, manufacturer or distributor. The EE R&D/ AE/ FAE experience is better.
? At least 5 years of hand’s on design experience in signal integrity, connectivity or switching related field such as redriver/ retimer/ repeater, PCIE bridge/PCIE packet switch/ I2C/ SPI to UART/ video decoder, or protocol switch/ analog switch/ BUS switch/ interface logic products.
? Proven track record of design in/win to end customers.
? Excellent technical bench evaluation skills.
? Strong semiconductor device background a plus excellent written and verbal communications skills; English proficiency a must.
