Advanced Specialist HR Process IT

Corporate Division IT
Division, located in Shenyang/China
Employment – full time

Tasks

• Take responsible for BMW Brilliance Automotive HR related platform build and project implementation


• Provide & build proper technical solution and consulting for business requirement


• Leading 3rd level operation support and provide technical advice for system issue handling and existing solution enhancement


• Working as IT technical expert for HR area and join related landscape & architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical solution to all HR related projects and CRs as build manager defined in standard ITPM process


• Provide consulting service for HR related product & platform selection, solution suggestion and cost estimation based on IT decision methodology


• Lead to solve 3rd level support ticket of HR related systems and applications based on aligned SLA


• Leading & working with vendors in HR related project phase including solution architecture, functional & develop consultant, etc.


• Support Enterprise architecture to maintain and enhance HR platforms


• Support Multiple project management to enhance working model and improve efficiency


• Verify and perform the standard plans and procedures Participate in / or lead Quality Assurance reviews


• Define standard to insure and improve project & solution quality and HR platform long term continuity and performance


• Work as cross department or cross functional HR solution/build manager

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer science and related areas


• Experience in HR (such as SAP HCM, SAP LMS, Success Factor, Fiori, etc.) for more than 5 years


• Experience in SAP ABAP, Java development, net development is also recommended


• Deep knowledge of HR related platforms and products technical architecture & development standard


• Have at least 3 full projects experience for HR implementation


• Good understanding of HR business process and trend


• Good understanding of general IT knowledge and technical trend


• Good communication & presentation skill which enable efficient understanding and collaboration with non-technical colleagues


• High potential to develop him/herself and potential to change, good team worker


• Proficient in Chinese and English, German would be an advantage


• Experience with relevant IT area 4-6 Years


• Experience in HR relevant IT project, 4-6 Years


• Several years experience in automobile industry, 1-3 Years
