Job Responsiblity
- Configure and use ERP system to handle full-set of bookkeeping of clients. Provide financial reports as required.
- Collect,organize and file clients' accounting documents/books or other related financial documents
- Handle tax calculation and declaration for clients' within the statuory time frame
- Collect and check clients' payroll list,social security expense,ect. Deal with payroll payment and IIT declaration
- Prepare email to clients for team leader review and communicate with clients' local staffs
- Cover other team member in his/her absence
- Handle ad hoc jobs assigned by Manager or Team Leader
Requirement
Education
- Diploma in Accoutancy
Certificate
- 会计上岗证
- CET-4 or above
Experience & Skills
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience in accounting, MNC backgroud is a must
- Proficient in MS office computerized accounting system preferably MS Dynamics(Navision)
- Good command of English in writing, basic oral English
- Well-organised, details-oriented,hard-working and proactive
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Highly responsible and able to work under pressure
