职位描述:
1.Support PM to lead the communication on the project development with suppliers, and ensure all the products comply with client requirements and deliver on schedule;
2.Ensure supplier has sufficient capacity (resources/equipment/facility) for every project stage, especially for trials & MP stage;
3.Manage daily material planning /inventory /E&O with suppliers through report to ensure sufficient material supply, as well as good inventory control to minimize the potential E&O cost and company liabilities risk;
4.Understand customer satisfaction level and ensure to deliver accordingly.
5.Focus on project cost tracking and reporting to the PM/People Mg.
6.Drive supplier continuous improvement on the supply
7.Lead Time/OTD performance;
8.Build risk management concept into the project stages and escalate any potential risk & always help on solution.
9.Have full acknowledgement on PCH process relating to SBM function; ensure all the daily work is following the process.
10.Lead the Initial supplier sourcing & selection, and co-work with internal teams for the supplier qualification and annual audit;
11.Lead the supplier setup contracts sign-off, and ensure supply chain social compliance;
12.Perform periodic supplier performance review;
13.Lead the supplier relationship management
14.Drive the cost efficiency savings to align with company annual goals;
15.Review the commercial terms with suppliers regularly, and drive the continuous improvement;

Required Qualifications, Experience & Key Skills:
1.Degree desired, major in Supply Chain & logistic Management;
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience of sourcing and Supplier Management for the consumer electronics Industry;
3.Detailed-oriented, hard-working and with high integrity and can-do attitude;
4.Excellent team player and with good interpersonal skill;
5.Computer literacy;
6.Good Communication Skills, both English and Chinese;
7.Ability to work independently, communicate effectively with teammates;
8.Able to work effectively in a multiple project environment;
9.Able to work in a fast paced environment where priorities can change at short notice;
10.Product knowledge of consumer electronics accessories;
11.Familiar with MRP system.
