Responsibilities:

* Work closely with clients on product specification and definition

* Handle product definition, electronics hardware development and software

* Prepare Engineering tech pack

* Work closely with cross functional team for project coordination and enhance manufacturing efficiency

* Follow up product testing and verification with quality requirements

* Provide technical advice and trouble-shooting, develop and introduce solutions for long-term prevention

* Travel to factories / suppliers are required

* Explore and apply latest technologies to our innovative products

* Monitor production processes and products quality

* Collaborate with our supply chain partners on maintaining appropriate controls on the manufacturing

* Identify and research world-class manufacturers and suppliers for a wide range of manufacturing processes & collaborate with the product development

* Evaluate manufacturing requirements for new projects, influence supplier selection

* Documentation on user guideline and product specification

* Explore and apply latest technologies to our innovative products

Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering or similar

* 2+ years experience in Electronic Engineering, Production Engineering or R&D role

* Experiences in RF products, BLE, WIFI, LOT devices or other wireless technology is preferred

* Knowledge in Circuit Design, PCB Layout like Altium Designer or PADS

* Capabilities to build functional prototypes from conceptual design and analysis

* Knowledge in Programming, Embedded Software, Firmware Development are plus.

* Creative and willing to learn up-to-date technology

* Demonstrated DFM experiences and problem solving skills

* Familiar with industrial standards, both design and country compliances

* Able to work both as a team or independently

* Well-organized, analytical and systematic
