Job Responsibility
- Develop applications and reports in Fiducia ERP system (Dynamics NAV/Navision) based on requirements from the supervisor/team leader. Further discuss details with end users as necessary.
在Fiducia ERP (Dynamics NAV/Navision)系统现有架构上，根据上级的要求，进行功能与报表的开发。应需求与用户确认实施的细节。
- Perform initial testing of applications and reports to debug and to validate that user requirements are fully addressed.
针对开发完成的功能与报表进行初步测试与排错以确保全面满足用户的需求。
- Provide end user support across 4 offices.
为公司内部的用户提供技术支持。
- Support team leader with various internal and external ERP projects and other initiatives. 进行各项内部与外部的ERP相关的项目与事宜。
- Provide support in user training including resolving user issues and preparing user manuals.
进行用户培训，用户问题解答，以及用户手册撰写。
- Support the team leader and supervisor to organize and archive the system related documentations including user manuals, user requirement documents, system design specifications, etc.
协助上级对系统相关资料文件包括用户使用手册，用户需求文件，系统设计规格书等进行保存与归档。
- Provide support in setup of training and development environments.
参与系统培训与开发环境的配置。
- As a team player share technical skills and experience with team members.
与开发团队成员合作并分享技术知识与经验。
Requirements:
-University degree in Computer Science 计算机科学本科学历
-Good command of verbal and written English 良好的英语口语和书写能力
-Min. 2years eport development tools such as Crystal Reports 熟悉报表开发工具(如: Crystal Reports)
-Good understanding of accounting concepts对会计概念有很好的理解
-Creative, resourceful, problem solver 有创造力,善于解决问题
-Excellent communication skills 出色的沟通技巧
-Work well as a team and independently 有团队协作能力,独立性强
-Organised and detailed oriented 具有组织能力及重视细节
-Proven high efficiency and on-time zero-defect delivery工作效率高、错误率低
