Job Description:
Essential Function 1: manage daily operation in Tax
1. Review tax filing / reconciliation on monthly basis
2. Review request on special VAT invoice issuing or holding to be issued
3. Review contracts from tax compliance point of view
4. Annual tax filing
5. Monitor month end / year end closing

Essential Function 2: optimize tax related process
1. Review workflow and discuss opportunities to work more efficiently

Essential Function 3: tax planning
1. Keep management update on impact of new tax regulation, take proactive action to avoid any tax losses
2. Negotiate financial subsidies and preferential tax treatment with local tax office
3. Ensure same interpretation of tax regulation within finance team in different cities

Essential Function 4: People management
1. Manage, motivate and develop subordinates
2. Provide timely feedback on subordinates' performance

Essential Function 5: others
1. Coordinate external audit
2. Support set up of new company
3. Support liquidation

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with major in Finance & Accounting.
2. At least 3 years working experience in MNC tax department
3. Being familiar with PRC tax regulation
4. Strong communication skill and open minded
5. Highly responsible and reliable, good team spirit
