职位描述：
工作职责：
- Responsible for warehouse management to ensure keep efficiency(productivity)/quality/safety/healthy working environment.
- Ensure the correct delivery and receiving with good operation performance(On time rate)
- People management and operator performance evaluation
- Manage the stock to keep the quantity consistency
- Involve in optimization of ERP/WMS system
- Establish Lean management system in the area to fulfill process flow
- Cooperate with other Depts in RSCC for customer request fulfillment
- Obsolete and over stock management and control.
- Warehouse investment control and automation system establishment
Innovation and Change (i.e. range and diversity of activities, problems, processes, market dynamics and management challenges that need to be recognized and resolved, improvement of processes, systems or products)
- To establish the adequate team structure at RSC warehouse with high creativity and innovation
- To work together with HQ and management in developing changes and improvements of warehouse operation to meet the market growth strategy of Festo Group.
Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties (indicate nature and context of client relationship and service delivery, required communication skills, frequency of communication (i.e. infrequent =few times a year, occasional= few times a month, frequent= regular but not daily, continuous= daily)

1、Global Logistics engineering
To report functionary to global logistics engineering regarding global logistics warehouse projects and process.
 2、RSCC manager
To discuss Target setting and review of the achievements. To occasionally report about the core KPIs in warehouse area. To discuss about the investments for capacity extension or infrastructure improvements.
3、Operations GPC-Jinan
To occasionally communicate as a customer of the operations GPC Jinan. To continuously make sure finished goods and material movement fluently between RSCC and production.
4、Other functions in RSCC
To frequently communicate with other functions in RSCC to work together for performance improvement.
5、Customs and other authority(possible)
To continuously negotiate with customs (predominantly relationship mgmt and coordination work with customs) and other relevant authorities regarding import & export tax and duty.
6、Carriers(possible)
To continuously negotiate with carriers to improve the performances of time, cost and quality of transportation.
7、Quality Dept. of S-organization CN
To occasionally collaborate with the Quality Manager in dealing with claims from end customers and corrective measures.
People Leadership (i.e. management, motivation and development of staff as well as teamwork)
8、Management and development of the employees in RSCC warehouse area
9、Responsible, together with Human Resources, for staff recruitment, training and development, etc. in the area of responsibility.

任职要求：
Professional Knowledge and Experiences
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in DC or plant warehouse supervision, preferably in Auto industry for the Multiple process operation with huge PNs
- Good ability for the people, process , quality and stock management
- Good experience on SAP or ERP system
- Continuous improvement methodology and ability
- Good in English both for writing and speaking
- Good command in communication and collaboration
- Good knowledge and experience of import&export, also for international and domestic transportation management
