职位描述：
Responsibilities:
 
1. Will be a member of the IT Regional Site Services team and work closely with the IT Infrastructure Engineering Asia and Regensburg IT Infrastructure Operations teams in the delivery of assigned and approved IT solutions

2. Provide 24x7 level 3 support to site operations

3. Perform proper maintenance and support for all assigned IT systems.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline with at least 5 years of working experience.

2. Good understanding on the following
- All Windows Operating systems
- Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure
- Microsoft SCCM 2007
- Microsoft Internet Information Server
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010
- Storage Area Network (SAN)
- VMware technology
- Desktop, Notebook, Printer and other client devices
- Cisco Networking LAN/WAN infrastructure
- IT Security

3. Preferably with following certifications
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- VMware Certified Professional

4. Good oral communication and written skills

5. Able to support 24x7

6. Willingness to travel

7. Advantageous but not mandatory to have also working experience with other operating systems like LINUX or UNIX 举报 分享
