Purpose or role
The Executive Assistant (EA) is accountable for improving the working effectiveness and efficiency of the team, decision maker on office management (working environment, office accommodations, meeting arrangements)
Key Areas of Responsibility
Administration
? Supports Country Manager’s agenda, travel (VISA, tickets, hotels…) and reimbursement.
? Supports overhead directors’ travels and reimbursement.
? Be responsible of office administration, stationary and daily operations, ensures office running
smoothly
? Be responsible of company events such as annual party, social events.
? Ensures personal work permit’s validity and timely extend it for non-PRC staff.
Business Reports
? Manages company chop, ensure the compliance
. Supports new centre opening facility set up, and other administration work
. Coordinates broker commission payment process
. Supports client FX receipts declaration
Key Position Requirements
? 3-4 years of work experience, in a similar role
? Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
? Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
? Ability to operate basic office equipment
? Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or
continually changing situations
? Fluent spoken and written English, good communication skills
? Active, open-minded and warm-hearted character
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel,PowerPoint and Outlook
? College degree preferred
