We are working on a cool product and aiming for releasing it in oversea market soon. We plan to introduce ourselves through crowd funding platforms like Kickstarter or Indiegogo, and we are looking for an experienced team player who can help us catalyze our influence and win customers.

Responsibilities：
Contribute and develop online digital marketing plan according to branding and digital marketing strategy
Day to day customer community (Facebook, Twitter, WeChat, Weibo, and etc) maintenance and development
Marketing plan execution, monitoring and feedback
Design and manage user experience on digital platforms, including but not limited to the website, campaign sites, mobile, Wechat and Apps
Work with Marketing team and agency to plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Support and contribute to other company function departments

岗位职责：
1.根据品牌和数字营销计划，参与制定数字营销策略
2.日常客户社区（Facebook，Twitter，WeChat，微博等）维护和开发
3.市场营销计划执行，监控和反馈
4.在数字平台上设计和管理用户体验，包括但不限于网站，官网，手机端，Wechat和Apps
5.与营销团队和代理机构合作，规划和执行所有网络，SEO / SEM营销数据库，电子邮件，社交媒体和展示广告活动。
6.支持并配合公司其他职能部门

Requirements：
With good learning attitude and self-learning skills
Be passionate about digital marketing, consumer electronic and industry design
Enjoy working in a startup-like high dynamic environment with a target oriented mindset
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in marketing, branding and advertising preferred
Three year experiences on branding, marketing, advertising, a background from digital agency, internet operation company will be preferred
Highly motivated and creative problem solving ability, can work independently
Good English skills is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication ability
Oversea crowdfunding experiences is a plus
