职位描述：
Duties：
- Manage and track day-to-day IT operations support activities incidents/problems effectively, work closely with infra and account service team, users and outsourcing vendors to resolve the problems and resume the computer services timely；
- Supervise Operation Support Staff to complete assigned；

Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or related discipline;
- At least 5 years' experience demonstrating strong knowledge of helpdesk practices and operation support, in which at least 3 years at IT management level;
- Result-oriented thinker with demonstrated experience in translating strategic goals / concepts into action plans and executing initiatives at an operational level;
- Experience with support of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory;
- Strong leadership skills, computer operation management, outsource vendor management and people management skills;
- Experience in business process improvement and performance measurement desirable;
- Strong project management skills and ability to be self-directed and manage projects with minimal guidance;
- Good command in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). 举报 分享
