职位描述：
This position is recruit for the SH Rep office of a UK freight forward company.
1. Managing/monitoring two assistants on daily operational issues.
2. Taking care of routing orders according to the instructions from the UK office.
3. Dealing with all the partners in great China, HK and Taiwan – air and ocean.
4. Assisting our colleagues in UK to maintain a high level of service to all the clients located in above mentioned area – to resolve any issues with consignors in above areas.
5. Collecting marketing information for our head office in UK on trends and other agent activity.
6. Coordinating objectively with both sides, China and UK, if any disputes occur.
7. Doing some joint sale calls with colleagues visiting from the UK.
8. Travelling in China, HK and Taiwan if there are any needs from our agents or clients.
9. Receiving clients from UK on behalf of the colleagues in UK and assisting and entertaining, if required.
10. Travelling to the UK, visiting clients and meeting colleagues once a year.
11. Organizing the whole trips in China for the colleagues from UK including all the accommodations, tickets, meetings, agenda, etc and accompany colleagues during the visit.
12. Monitoring buying rates from different agents and ensuring 2 assistants are keeping up to date and UK office informed.
13. In summary the role is a combination of marketing manager and development manager – it is not specifically a sales manager role.
Candidate Qualifications
1. University graduates degree.
2. Having at least 5-8 years working experience in freight forwarding industry, and rich knowledges about sea and air operations , customer service procedures.
3. A good team leader to run a small team
4. Being Good at English, both on writing and speaking.
5. With Strong communication and co-ordination skills.
6. Very good personality with open minded and a quick learner
