Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
1.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2.3+ years direct work experience in an NPI project management capacity, including all aspects of process development.
3.Strong drive and end product orientation
4.Strong familiarity with tools, such as Microsoft Project and PLM systems
5.Adept in handling complex situations, and effective decision making
6.Persuasive and proactive individual with strong ability to adapt during times of change
7.Ability to effectively communication with team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines
8.Strong written and oral English communication skills
9.Strong interpersonal skills
10.Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
11.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast pace environment

Primary Responsibilities:
1.Works with team members, product managers and senior management to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents that includes the scope, schedule, budgets, goals, and other deliverables
2.Coordinates all inter-departmental communication on the project.
3.Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from project approval to project closure
4.Collaborate with management to estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
5.Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
6.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
7.Plan, schedule and track project timelines, deliverables and milestones using appropriate tools
8.Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, gate approval documentation, presentations, critical issues list, and lessons learned.
9.Review the content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas
10.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans
11.Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work 举报 分享
