This position recruite for our client- a European Fashion Brand

Job title: Logistics Manager for Asia Countries
Job Location: Shanghai Office
Key Responsibilities:
？ Coordinate with headquarters and logistics suppliers for importation of each shipment;
？ Follow up the delivery of each merchandise shipment to the stores, as well as the re-labeling issue;
？ Supervise the in & out operations for different materials and the records of receipts, to make sure that the operations follow the requested SOP;
？ Monitor, control, and coordinate broker customs and CIQ clearance process;
？ Ensure that clearance is processed with the utmost efficiency and compliance;
？ CIQ pre-testing and sampling follow-up;
？ Analyze customs broker KPI performance;
？ Liaison with customs and CIQ officials in case of customs/CIQ inspections;
？ Study and update customs and CIQ new regulations;
？
？ Monitor and analyze warehouse stock, including seasonal products, and non-commercial materials;
？ Optimize stock level of different type of materials, together with other departments, while effectively controlling storage cost;
？ Organize stock-take and follow up stock-take result;
？ Check and coordinate logistics expenses;
？ Other ad hoc assignments.
Key Requirements:
？ Fluent in English and in the language of country of reference;
？ IT knowledge and application;
？ University graduated and/or equivalent degree/certificate in Logistics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Computer Sciences or related disciplines;
？ Minimum 8-10 years’ hands-on working experience in Logistics, customs & CIQ clearance, and supply chain area;
？ Familiar with fashion/textile area;
？ Good coordination skills, sense of urgency, logic, and detail-oriented;
？ Excellent relation skills ( empathy, communication, good speech skill, pragmatism)
？ Service oriented (taking care of others’ need, motivation is to satisfy business’s need, patience)
？ Planning & organizing & coordination
？ Knowledge of economic for a correct logistics coordination
？ Networking
