职位描述：
Compliance Manager

Job Description
To provide compliance advise and support to engineering groups for new product introduction. Testing pre-design, document results, prevention and identifies compliance problems in products. This position blends technical expertise especially in international standards and coordination skills to plan, implement and deploy testing activities as strategies, analysis and execution for initiatives and projects and to deliver technically enabled solutions for the organisation.
He/she has to identify the potential failure modes and risks for the project throughout the product development lifecycle and report them to project team, engineering manager, project leader/manager and all other related parties. In addition, participate in projects from the beginning and design phase to ensure the product's testability and usability to achieve high quality of delivery and meet customer’s explicate plus implicate expectation.


Conditions:
? At least 5 years baby products experience
? Conscientious with analytical and initiative mind set.
? Stable and mature enough to work independently.
? To analyse project requirement and design to determine test approach, develop test plans.
? To schedule and monitor the testing time in order to avoid delay occur.
? To identify test equipment requirements to support test execution of new features.
? To apply regression test technique on updated software or hardware releases
? To review/monitor technician's work, when necessary.
? To communicate in a multinational organization across several engineering disciplines 举报 分享
