职位描述：
- Responsible and aggressive for generating sales for assigned major accounts and territories. (All over China)
- Develop the good relationship with customers and the right access to internal departments and management teams. (Good communication skill)
- Implements sales strategy (including identify the right decision maker at customer side and take action to influence customers to select watch products/solutions) and ensures customer satisfaction. Contributes to the development of the sales figure and sales/budget/market share of China market.(Shops and on line sell)
- Promote products to meet customer requirement and benefit to customer demand.
- Manages independently new projects being developed and identifies new directions for partnership with customers in collaboration with the market development and product marketing.
- Responsible for complete understanding of the customer profile including key managers
- Support customer in samples and order follow up including prepare documents for every shipment.Collect and escalate information on customer needs and market trends
- Prepare customer visit report & weekly report.
- Understand markets needs to define short to long-term strategy.
- Look for new customers and markets
- Knowledge of watch is more preferable
