职位描述：
Responsibilities & Tasks
1. Ensure all the Receivables (bank/Cash/Notes…) timely and accurately be posted in SAP under correct account, Profit Center and other information.
2. Ensure timely complete the Customer Clearing after Incoming payment posting.
3. Communicate with Sales/Customers to complete the Accounts receivable reconciliation if necessary.
4. Take lead to optimize/smooth Incoming payment process.
5. Support GL for monthly closing, including the analysis of AR aging、Calculation of Bad Debt Reserve and the settlement of advance from Customers.
6. Other necessitates arranged by Line Manager

Education/Experience
1. Bachelor with major in Finance & Accounting
2. 5 years or above of relevant shared service center accounting experience, preferably in a MNC environment
3. Good oral and written communication skills in English.
4. Ability to meet deadline for closing and able to work under pressure
5. Highly initiative person to drive effective communication with other Finance functions and also other departments
