职位描述：
工作内容
Network
Monitor network status to maximize network performance by troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades
Liaise with network vendor ensuring high level of network performance and providing emergency situation solution

Servers / applications maintaining
Manage and maintain internal applications/servers including Git / SVN / Redmine / Mantis /Taiga / DNS / DHCP / LDAP
Manage and maintain Virtual servers /Gmail and external servers
Responsible for servers (internal and external) and database optimization
Responsible for system integration ensuring high level of availability

Project support
Provide adequate and efficient support to project teams during project developments including setting up virtual servers and uploading project code to severs(git/SVN), code and data backup.
Effectively communicate with customers to confirm go live project architecture
Provide service to customers including setting up servers importing database
Liaise with customers and after go live service ensuring smooth project go live/delivery.

Helpdesk
Manage IT accounts including setting up new accounts, managing existing accounts and disabling expired accounts
Set up and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications for staff in needs
Diagnose and resolve technical issues ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Purchasing and administration
Purchase IT infrastructure, IT supplies and software ensuring reasonable and on time purchasing.
Ensure all software purchased licensing is recorded and maintained
Liaise with vendors for IT infrastructure problem resolution
Responsible for fixed assets and IT supplies management including conducting annual inventory with Finance department

岗位要求
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in IT science management
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and network independently
Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) and knowledge of up to date IT technology
Good communicational skills able to communicate with colleagues and customers
Fluent oral English and Mandarin (Desirable)
Strong organizational skill can multitask
A good team player to carry out cross function work and collaborate with others
Strong analytical skills to come up with best solution to face emergency situation 举报 分享
