KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Processing global purchase order requirements through consolidation management.
通过整合管理处理全球采购订单
Developing forecast reports to improve factory production efficiencies.
开发订单预测报告提高工厂生产效率
Implementing order management processes to ensure factories are despatching product on time (OTIF).
实时进行订单管理确保工厂按时交货
Producing reports highlighting supplier performance, against identified KPI’s, to discuss and implement improvements.
制定供应商评估报告，针对不符合绩效要求的供应商进行讨论和改进
Maintaining planning software.
维护公司的系统软件
Providing regular feedback to all global sites to improve local forecasts and the consolidation process.
为公司全球办公室提供定期工作反馈，以改进当地预测和整合流程

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Two years' forecasting experience, gained within fast-moving multi SKU environment
2年以上大型采购订单预测、库存物流管理的分析经验
Microsoft Office Skills- Intermediate to Advanced
熟练的微软办公软件操作能力
Good understanding of ERP systems gained though use and experience. Ability to understand functionality in relation to inventory control
有ERP系统使用经验，熟悉相关库存管理控制模块
Experience working within an inventory team managing the key goals of availability and stock levels.
曾经任职于仓管部门，主要负责重要目标的可行性及库存水平管理
Understand relationships between supplier performance, lead time, inventory level and availability.
了解供应商评估、交付周期和时效性之间的关系
Experience in global working environments.
有全球跨国外企工作经验
Experience of prioritizing key tasks to deliver KPI’s.
具有重要指标优先处理的经验
Ability to improve systems of work.
具有一定改进工作系统的能力
Able to work with English environment
