职位描述：
Shenzhen Nottingham Sustainable Development Institute Ltd is a consultancy company in the area of architecture and urban sustainability. The company has a strong business link with British business partners.

As such, we are looking for a proactive and passionate English speaker to join us as a member of our strong professional team. The position is available from now and the key responsibility is as followings:
1) General Manager's Assistant. Responsible for all supportive work to GM (British Chinese), which might include office work daily and some personal issues support.
2) Help GM to process the applications of working permit for all foreign employees, and also other relevant government related documents preparation.
3) Liaise with our British business partner for business opportunities and trading.
4) Leader of in house translation team, for the daily business documentation and technical documents for our technical team.
5) Responsible for Green Building Professional training programme as well. Work with our marketing manager to explore the potential training market for BREEAM related courses.
6) This position reports directly to GM.

The candidate should have a excellent skills in English speaking, writing and reading. The candidate should be able to work with others as a team, and able to work under pressure.
