职位描述：
- Arrange and keep track of the schedule of the president including organization of meetings, transportation and travel-arrangements
- Provide translation English/Chinese in written and orally
- Take meeting minutes and follow-up tasks during such meetings on behalf of the president and VPC
- Organize business trips for the president and VPC (flights, hotel, rental car booking and co-ordination of appointments)
- Collect, screen and prepare documents for signature, explain, when required
- Keep control of the company stamps
- Provide regular office services (prepare reimbursements, write and send letters, make copies, prepare and follow-up purchase requisitions etc.)
- Provide travel planning and booking services (transportation and accomodation) for ZAMA Huizhou employees (outbound) and guests of ZAMA Huizhou (inbound)
- Cooperate with Finance on monthly settlement of bills from travel partners.
- Screen emails sent from ZAMA website visitors to ZM-DL USR MAN President president@zamacorp.com and forward important information to related persons.
- Other temporary assignments.

Requirements:
- Very good command of Mandarin and English language is required
- >3 years experience as executive assistant
- Good command of Cantonese, Hakka, German, Japanese is advantageous
- Good command of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Ability to keep company secrets

ZAMA history goes back as far as 1958, when the Shinagawa die-casting company started carburetor production in Shinagawa in Japan. Since 1984 all carburetors bear the ZAMA brand. In 1987, ZAMA industries was founded in Hongkong and the headquarter of ZAMA group established in Tai Po in New Territories. In 1998, large parts of the production were moved to Shenzhen. Then in 2009, the former owner sold all shares to ZAMA’s biggest customer Andreas Stihl AG, the worldwide known technology leader for gardening and forestry equipment, one of the biggest family owned business, role model for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Germany. Although being owned by STIHL, ZAMA continues to supply the whole industry with its first class products and services and has proven to be a reliable, trustworthy partner to customers around the world.
Since then ZAMA continued to grow and modernize, electronic carburetors and design of complete engine management solutions, together with our partners, were added to the product portfolio. ZAMA became the biggest German enterprise in Shenzhen.
