Title: Project Coordinator for Merchandising & Sourcing

Department: Stephan Gould Shenzhen Office
Reports to: Project Manager and Project Director

JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Project Coordinator works under the direction of the Project Manager/Director to serve as the primary contact and liaison for projects taking place in China and assistance to project management responsibilities. Representing Stephen Gould Corporation Ltd, the Project Coordinator also facilitates product quality control and evaluation of existing and potential suppliers in China.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Sourcing&Request quote requisitions on behalf of company from existing and/or new suppliers

Learns and qualifies suppliers' manufacturing process, capability, capacity, and quality management
Develops and maintains favorable relationships with current and potential suppliers
Coordinates product prototyping between company and suppliers
Communicates customers' requirements to suppliers
Monitors&coordinate suppliers' production schedule and work progress to ensure on time completion of projects
Understands every project's quality objectives and communicates it to suppliers
Oversees production processes to ensure that quality standards and objectives are met
Holds suppliers accountable if project objectives are not met because of suppliers' errors
Resolves dispute and production problems as it arises
Provide timely update on key company activities taking place in China
Continuously searches for and qualifies potential suppliers
Prepares exporting shipping document for orders
Provides monthly accounting and expense reports and other daily administration duties in a timely and accurate manner
Learns and follows company's standard operating procedures&protocols

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years working experience
Electronic background or working experience in electronic industry
Motivated, passionate, flexible, have strong executive ability and responsibilities for work
Outstanding communicating ability & work independently. Mature hardworking and aggressive
Ability to plan, coordinate and communicate efficiently with company and suppliers
Ability to keep accurate records&administrative duties
Computer literacy: Windows, Office (Words & Excel), Adobe AI/Photoshop, Emails&Internet browsing.
Frequent travel within China
Occasional travel to Hong Kong and abroad
Bi-lingual: English and Mandarin Chinese
Willing to work under pressure & overtime

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: College degree and/or equivalent experience in import/export and international trade

1. 协助项目经理的采购工作，包括找新供应商，询价，图纸确认，跟进工厂样品，对样品进行记录及拍照留存，收发包裹，收发订单，跟踪订单进度和生产状况，安排供应商交货，安排验货和出货事宜，收集核查供应商发票，整理供应商文件，追踪付款进度等采购工作；
2. 协助项目经理进行客户管理；
3. 上级领导委派的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1. 大专或以上学历；
2. 具有独立处理自己相关的业务能力；
3. 有三年以上电子行业的采购或协助采购跟单经验；
4. 熟练操作办公软件；
5. 具备较好的语言和文字表达能力、沟通能力、应变能力；
6. 做事细致周到、条理清楚、逻辑思维能力强、责任心强，抗压能力强；
7. 较强的人际沟通、协调、与执行力，能协调各供应商或客户之间的关系，有效的推动工作开展；
8. 通过英语CET4，或基本能理解国外客户邮件。
9. 有工厂外贸跟单经验优先。

薪金：底薪 + 提成
