职位描述：

Position Name: Adv. Specialist Dealer Cooperation Management /经销商合作关系管理资深专员

Division: Sales Channel Development

Location: Beijing

Key Responsibility:

1. BMW Investor & group info. management:

- Follow BMW investor info. management concept, Initiate / run researches, monitor researches projects such as due diligence and reference check;

- Regular Investor & dealer group structure management;

- Implement the Follow up of IPO dealer group business movement with support of 3rd party agency.

2. Act as Project Manager to lead dealer business change and related business adjustment:

- Clarify dealer business requirement and evaluate the feasibility from business, IT & legal aspects with support of related expertise.

- Leading all related business department (IT, Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to work out the changing plan;

- Arrange internal resource for system change & transaction;

- Ensure business & IT transfer completion.

3. Support and consultant dealer company registration and management of dealer shareholder structure.

4. Continues follow up and analyses sales and network related Chinese automotive policy.

5. Management & training providing for DIA system.

6. Dealer termination process & implementation.

7. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent


• 4-6 Years’ working experience in automotive industry


• Very good communication skill and good team player


• Good business sense and problem solving skill


• Be able to work under pressure and high commitment to assigned task


• Good leadership skills towards external parties (e.g. agencies), effective resources and multi tasks management


• Skilled with Microsoft office especially PowerPoint
