职位描述：
工作职责 Job Responsibility
1. Key member of ID project team who is in charge of the product qualification & follow starting stage of mass production
证照卡的关键成员，负责产品认证和大货生产的初始阶段跟进。
2. Regular workshop Process & quality audit & improve action follow up. Drive process FMEA and continues improvement project of the workshop
跟进正常车间的工艺、品质检测、改善措施。 推动车间工艺FMEA和持续改进项目
3. Responsible to develop work instructions and/or other documentation for process & quality function as ( defect catalog )负责制作作业说明书和或其它工艺和品质功能如缺陷样品册的文件
4. Responsible to monitor and update workshop performance base on Dashboard KPI defined. In both OT shenzhen & external partner
在深圳和外部车间内负责监控和提高车间的绩效表现，符合定义的KPI
5. Support ID product manufacture qualification & process implementation in OT and external partner
支持证照卡在深圳和外部车间的生产认证和工艺实施

职位要求 Position Requirements
1. 教育背景 Education Background
Bachelor degree or above, major in Printing or engineering related
印刷或者电子工程技术相关专业本科以上学历
2. 工作经验 Working Experience
More than 6 years working experience in plastic card manufacture or printing industry field.
6年以上智能卡行业或印刷行业工作经验
3. 专业知识 Professional Skills
Familiar with full smart card manufacture process , specially some ID product related : Rain bow printing / OVI screen printing / CLI lamination
熟悉智能卡制造全部工艺, 特别是证照卡相关的彩虹印刷，变色墨丝印，花纹层压等
4.Familiar with FMEA/8D/5why/Quality control plan
熟悉品质控制工具，包括FMEA/8D/5why/Quality control plan
5.语言能力 Language Ability
English good for both read / write / oral expression 良好的英语听说读写能力
6.其它 Others
Good communication, familiar with office software.
良好的沟通能力，熟悉办公软件
7.Team work spirit, honest and can work independently
