The Department :
Our Sustainability Department leads initiatives supporting the Club to become corporate leader in sustainability and plays an important role in developing the Club's sustainability strategy and executing action plans; assessing the environmental and social aspects of the Club; and working with other Departments to enable understanding and reduction of environmental impacts.

The Job：
1. Plan and manage projects designed to achieve environmental and sustainability objectives and key performance indicators. This includes identifying internal and external resources gaps, recommending support structures to address the gaps, and helping internal stakeholders to deliver the programs. scope and manage consulting contracts that support strategy or specific project initiatives.
2. Identify opportunities and solutions through investigatory work; review operational activities and processes.
3. with a view to developing opportunities to reduce environmental impacts whilst still achieving process efficiency and/or effectiveness.
4. Development and implementation of an environmental management system and environmental monitoring and reporting plan, including the technical/ functional leadership for the CTC-based environmental officer and operatives.
5. Research and interpret legislative updates and developments. Carry out compliance management services including regulatory audit support.
6. Assess and advance best practices standards to reduce environmental impacts of operations and activities.
7. establish and maintain communication channels by driving working groups, monitoring progress of sustainability programs, and maintain good relationships.


Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline and relevant qualifications demonstrating mature understanding of implementing sustainability project in a large organization
2. Minimum ten-years of experience in the field of sustainable development, environmental sustainability, process improvement, or other areas relevant to the post
3. With experience developing and implementing an Environmental Management System (eg. ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO14064)
4. Good capability to set up systems, assess and monitor environmental aspects & impacts of operational activities
5. Have existing relationships with environmental organisations in China and Hong Kong
6. Excellent planning, organisation and project management skills
7. With relevant professional qualifications such as Certified Project Manager and PMP or experience in Business Process Improvement and Total Quality Management
8. Have resilience and ability to work under pressure and tight timeline
9. Have effective communication and influencing skills
10. Be detail oriented and results driven,
11. Have experience with executive engagement
12. Be able to articulate objectives from multiple viewpoints and bring different stakeholders towards common objectives
13. Have a high level of proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin 举报 分享
