职位描述：

Responsibility

? Support the implementation, monitoring and compliance with global policies, procedures and local regulations.

? Implement recruitment plan, manage and ensure that recruitment procedures are complied with company's strategic objectives.

? Implement performance management system.

? Cultivate a culture of learning by providing learning/development opportunities for staff to keep their skill/knowledge current to meet business operational needs.

? As the owner to lead the annual ethics training by working with cooperate program leader.

? Facilitate effective staff communication through various communication channels.

? Support the implementation and execution of HR related projects and manage the daily HR operations.

? Organize and supervise employees' activities to enhance the well-being of the employees and to promote employee engagement.

? Identify the potential hazard of HR Dept. on environment, safety and health area, and work out the prevention action in advance.

? Other duties related to HR assigned by superior.

Qualifications

? Diploma degree or above, majored in Business Administration, Human Recourse is prefer

? 8+ years’ working experience in a MNC & industrial environment

? Familiar with local labor regulations and laws.

? Very strong team work and customer orientation.

? Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.

? Proactive and self-starter and able to work effectively with little direction.

? Good planning and execution skill.

Headquartered in Michigan,Indiana,USA, Sullair LLC has focused on the research and development and manufacturing of screw air compressors for more than 50 years, remarking one of the world's best known air compressor brands.
