Detailed Position Responsibilities
? Complete the hire/rehire process for new/rehired employees
? Complete work authorization processes as required by localities
? Perform employee data changes in support of trigger processes (change job, promotions, transfers, change in status, etc.)
? Process personal data changes requiring follow up and authorization
? Support updates to worker Talent Profiles
? Provide high touch customer service that meets expected service levels and business performance goals
? Fully document all cases in case management application
? Partner closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) and Global Process Owners (GPO) to resolve complex items
? Escalate critical service issues to lead, supervisor or manager as necessary
? Support the integrity of employee records and Workday data
? Works collaboratively within a team to share ideas, ownership, and accountability for driving improvements and consistency of execution for key HR processes.
? Provide input to HR Service Center knowledgebase
Desired Experience Must have requirements:
? Minimum 2 years Human Resources administrative or related experience preferred
? Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Human Resources
? Human Resources Certification a plus
? Fluent English in both writing and speaking
Ideal Candidates Would Also Have:
? Workday or SAP experience
? Understanding of HR operations and experience in employee data management
? Computer literate with knowledge of common office productivity software and the ability to learn customer service software applications
