Regional Sales Manager – North China
Base location: Beijing
Regional Sales
-Setup the regional sales strategy based on country Sales strategy and develop the Sonos sales channel in each region
-Guarantee deliver the premium customer experience with Sonos
-Supervise & coach the store to achieve both customer experience and sales target
-Store management: General Management store stock and keep the reasonable store velocity, insure the efficient cash flow.
-Coach the store manager to keep the standard display
-Check all the documents related to invoice, product price, product transfer and damage.
-Support SM to control the security and safety issue.
-Cares people(sales team in Store) development, support value-added suggestions
-Well transmit the company policy, and make sure the employee are well-follow.
-Help SM to improve the customer satisfaction and deliver the premium service and experience in Store. Listen to the customers and maintain the company image.
-Support store development program
-Understand the market situation; provide the valuable suggestions to the management.
-Maintain the relationships between Operation and other department make effort to build a passionate team.
-Make sure the Operation Procedure is well followed
-Maintain relationship with local government.
Qualifications:
-Around 8 years’ experience in sales and marketing field, preferably in fast moving consumer goods, fashion, cosmetics. Retail management experience is a plus.
-Good planning skill, communication skill,computer skill and presentation skill.
-Energetic, creative, honest
-Bachelor degree or above and fluent in oral and written English
-Enthusiastic and work independently.
-4 yrs team management skill, good team leader
