职位描述：
Responsibilities:
 
-Responsible for all the accounting work for Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai office.
-Check expenses (or travel expenses) claim from Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai staff for reimbursement, ensure the numbers with proper fapiao.
-Issue VAT fapiao as per the local tax requirement in local fapiao system according to every single sales.
 - Input the VAT fapiao received from suppliers and Customs VAT fapiao for Input VAT authentication in local tax system.
 -Prepare the purchase and sales record to be tracked with accounting system.
 -Input the sales invoice in CRM system and export the reports and maintain to be correct with stock keeper.
-Input the purchase and depreciation of fixed assets record.
-Work out an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close and ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
-Work out the monthly and annual statutory financial reports for CN and the various of reports for BG corporate accounting requirements.
-Handling monthly tax declaration for VAT, and local CCT, ET, LET, IIT and other surtax for Shenzhen and Beijing. Handle annual EIT tax filing.
-Prepare and handling the monthly, quarterly, annual statutory financial reports input and declaration into local tax system.
-Calculate the monthly salary and net pay
-Go to tax bureau for purchase fapiao and other requirement from regional tax officer.

Requirements:
-know kingdee software very well
-Responds to inquiries from the branch manager, BG accounting and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like
-Work with local auditor for a clean and timely year-end audit and annual inpection on tax and accounting.
-Support with inquiries from sales department on expenses, invoices, local tax/accounting laws related.
-Support direct report for routine work or other temporary work/report assigned by direct report or BG corporate accountant. 举报 分享
